Great place to train BJJ and kickboxing...good people and good instructors. Glad to see things starting to get back post COVID!
Great training and super welcoming and knowledgeable instructors and training partners. Highly recommend this place for training any martial art!
I'd highly recommend OpenGuard BJJ for all skill levels. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, and classes are a good mix of drilling combos and conditioning. The gym is clean with lots of equipment (heavy bags, pads, etc), and even a good size seating area with toys for the kiddos. If you're looking to try kickboxing and/or BJJ (or get back into it) you gotta check this place out!
