I have had several AC companies in the area do work for me in the past, but none of them hold a candle to Johnny and the team at Greenlight! Thank you Marie and Tim for helping us out this summer when our AC went down hard. You guys made my day when you were able to diagnose the problem, order the part and install it in less that 24 hours. We are forever grateful! ?. You have been there for me in the past too and I'm so glad to know you will be there for us next time.

We called Greenlight for a second opinion after another company said our 10 year-old unit (which that same company sold us and said would last 20 years) needed to be replaced. Greenlight assured us that it could be repaired and explained their criteria for recommending a replacement (which our unit did not meet). Unfortunately, there were some issues with the part. After several hours and three trips to our house, they got it fixed. If you want an honest assessment and a company that perseveres, call Greenlight.

There are other HVAC companies that tout that they are 5 stars...but let me tell you this: Greenlight is the real deal. We switched to them several years ago after dealing with a company like the one I mentioned before and another that had been referred to us by a big box store. Both fails.Johnny & Tom are great. And Sheri provides awesome customer service.Couldn't be happier. Never feel like they are trying to upsell you on anything and they are competent technicians, which nowadays is very hard to find.Would give them 10 stars if Google allowed me to!
