We restarted our dance lessons with FADS-Apex after relocating to NC. We are so happy that we were able to find a great dance home! Dema, Veronica and all of the staff are so encouraging and supportive. We love coming to classes each week and learning something new . Dema is such a patient instructor- and we look forward to extending our program with him for another 10 weeks. The best part is that we can now feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor- able to dance to a wide variety of music genres . Dancing was such a highlight of our last cruise- and we thank FADS-Apex for showing us the skills needed for this fun and healthy activity!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Fred Astaire in Apex! From the very first introductory lesson, the team made us feel completely welcome and encouraged. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, upbeat, and supportive — you can truly feel that they care about every student’s growth and confidence.
The instructors are extremely professional while also being patient, kind, and fun. No matter your experience level, they meet you where you are and help you improve in a way that feels motivating rather than intimidating.

My wife and I have been dancing with Veronika and the other instructors at Fred Astaire for the past 4 or 5 months and we're having a great time. We are introverts with no dance experience, so this was really stepping outside of our comfort zone, but we're so glad we started. It's a great activity on every level - physically, mentally, socially, and especially for your relationship. 100% would recommend.
