I love this gym! Not only are the coaches incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but the people who attend classes are so warm and welcoming. I was hooked after my first class! Definitely recommend it!

I love working out here! Great coaches who motivate you and make you smile. I came in with little weightlifting experience and have learned so much thanks to the knowledgeable coaches and fellow gym members. Thankful I found this gym!

I’ve been a member of other F45 locations, but really missed the workouts and environment following a long hiatus due to moving and kids. I joined F45 West Apex a little over a month ago and have really enjoyed it and it feels so good to be back at it! All of the coaches are friendly (Jazz, Sam, Barry, and O) and very helpful during the workouts. The studio is spacious, the music is on point, and I look forward to every class. Cannot say enough good things about F45 West Apex!
