My first experience was really good. The customer service of the office staff, was good. Technicians and nurse was great. Ms. Jackie was wonderful. She really listen and was attentive to my symptoms so they could provide the best x-ray to diagnose my issue . It was so appreciated and needed. Can't remember the doctor's name (sorry) but he was very attentive as well. He listened and he asked questions and made sure that I understood everything and the plan before I left the office. I recommend to anyone who has a urgent Ortho.

I took a very hard fall today. I heard the bone in my shoulder area crack. The thought of going to local emergency room was daunting. A relative pointed us in this direction and I’m so glad we went there. The staff was caring and and thorough. Highly recommend in an emergency.

I hurt my foot and was visiting the Raleigh area so called for an appointment although walk-ins are available. They are probably one of the best urgent care places I've been. Fast, professional and results delivered quickly. I highly recommended this practice. Everyone was extremely helpful! 10 stars if possible!
