Started coming here for almost 2 months after being in severe pain for the last 6 years. Almost every day I had a headache or migraine. It felt like a bowling ball was resting on my spine between my shoulders. I managed the pain just through stretching, yoga and Tylenol. Which helped a little bit. The staff got me an appointment right away and Dr. Mike recommended getting dry needling and regular adjustments.
My back pain was at zero for 5 months until today.
