What a SAINT!! Our home got hit by lightning and we thought it fried our oven. So we bought a new one, and it didn’t turn on lol.. (this is 3 days before Thanksgiving) posted in the local fb group and AstroWatt was recommended. He texted with us immediately and fixed the problem for us remotely and wouldn’t even accept a tip! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!!

Awesome experience. I honestly would not know how they could improve the customer experience. Friendly, courteous, on time, clean, explaining options, not pushy for add-ons, they tick all the boxes. After installation I get immediate follow ups, including for preferred inspection dates. Responding "ASAP", I had the inspector show up 8:30 the next morning... Again, I've got nothing but good things to say about my dealings with AstroWatt.

Both Christian and Colby have been fantastic. While our home presented its own unique series of challenges they were very knowledgeable and provided us with the best options for our budget. 100% will be calling Astrowatt if we have any issues in the future.
