They are 2-0 for me. I had a glove compartment with a broken lock that I could not get open after numerous tries. It took them 5 minutes to get it open, and did it without charge. So as a thanks I took my other car in to replace a lost key that had a security chip. In just a few minutes they had the new key ready and at a much better price than the dealer had quoted me.

Got a new (to me) car and the lock cylinder for the door was completely busted. Could've shelled out to dealership but got a new lock cylinder online and Apex Lock and Key was able to quickly and for a fair price re-key the new lock cylinder to match the keys I already had, and it works great now.
