We have an annual contract with Advanced Irrigation. The cost of this contract includes the town-required annual backflow certification, the spring startup and fall shutdown of our irrigation system, discounts on a number of head replacements (per year), and one post-opening visit for repairs, etc. We have had an outstanding experience with this company, and with every employee we have encountered, whether it be in the office, or those in the field. We're glad to have found them years ago, and plan on sticking with them for our irrigation system needs!Service: Lawn care
I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. We've had lots of REALLY horrible experiences with various companies, and this was the best experience in the dozens of homes that we have owned over our advanced years. David (owner) put his staff up in a local hotel so that they didn't have to drive 90 minutes each way...this is the type of company that they are...they care about their employees! We had 150k project done, so lots of opportunities to make mistakes. Our pool project and custom landscaping looks like it should be in a magazine. And the workers are wonderful! Neat, attentive, left the job site PERFECT each night. Not a speck of trash!
A huge shoutout to Emily who is always responsive and helpful on the phone! Dan and his team are professional and dependable - we've had an excellent business relationship with them for many years. One recent example was an irrigation leak on sunday that caused us to have to shut off the main water valve to the house (no showers, laundry, dishwasher, icemaker etc) and they were here early Monday morning to diagnose and correct the issue! thank you for always "making it work"! We highly recommend Advanced Irrigation and Landscape!
