I'm very appreciative of Jessie who has gone above and beyond for my family. Jessie has provided us with the best service and pricing for our needs (which have been quite pricey) but he has always kept us in mind which no other service provider in this area has been able to do.
On 9/4/ 25 I called with an AC issue. 72 degrees sent out a technician out within 30 minutes. Josias Calderon was able to diagnose the problem and quickly attempted to fix the problem.
He discovered that my unit was working properly and that it was a Duke Energy issue. He had me contact Duke Energy and they came out and fixed the problem, and my AC was restored.
I would like to praise 72 Degrees, and especially Josias for his professionalism and expertise. I am extremely satisfied with their service and care for fixing my problem. I would recommend 72 Degrees to any one with an AC/heating problem!!!!
We had a horrible experience with Michael and Sons and are now happy customers with 72 degrees. Zach and Josias have each come out on two seperate occasions and taken care of issues for us. They took the time to check everything in the system and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. Will be using them from now on.
