I have been coming to this dental office for a year and a half and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello with a smile they are very gentle and caring with your teeth. I had a chipped tooth fixed that looks amazing and feels great. I have been to multiple locations and they are all very clean.

Have experienced chronic issues with wait times, often times waiting upwards of an hour beyond the scheduled appointment time. If you have to be at work, for example by a certain time, I would not recommend coming here.

My wife underwent getting a crown in Sept 2017. She had problems with it and had to have it filed smaller. It was co ered under the 1 year warranty. However in October of this year her crown fell out. Lane and associates would not cover it as it was less than 1 month after the 1 year period elapsed. We saw a new dentist who said that the dentist at lane filed the tooth to small and there is not enough left to properly secure the crown. Now they have to file down a healthy tooth and do a double crown to secure it. I will not be using them again.
