We switched to Carolina back when they first started and have never looked back! Always on time, on their pickup day. Super friendly people in person and customer service folks are superb! Best choice we made was switching to them for our trash pickup. And we use them for our septic issues now as well! Always get a call right back if there's no answer and they are always awesome! I've never had an issue with communication like someone else mentioned and we've had them for years!
