Left a voicemail late afternoon and the provider quickly responded via text. Our washer repair was completed by noon the following day. Service was friendly and though I didn’t want to replace the capacitor on a 2.5 year old Whirlpool washer, the bill was reasonable (less than the manufacturer wanted just to make an appointment).

What a great experience! Hank texted me yesterday morning and was at my house 24 hours later for a dryer repair. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. He stayed around to give me some useful pointers after the repair. His prices were reasonable and his work was first-rate. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend. I called Appluance Depot for a speed queen washer issue. Hank got back to me very fast on a Monday morning and arrived that morning when he said he would. Hank has a lot of experience and he knew what to troubleshoot. The issue was not straight forward but he persisted until he fixed it on the same visit. My washer was under warranty and he is an authorized Speed Queen service provider. I am so glad I read the google reviews and called Hank. He is really amazing. I am thankful to have found him. He will be my go to for appliance repair!
