Joe Knox came to service our HVAC systems today. He was super friendly and informed me of everything that he was going to do. He wore shoe covers and put cloths down so he wouldn’t get my floors dirty. That was so considerate of him! He spent a lot of time cleaning and servicing our systems. He met with me when he finished and updated me about our systems and said that he would be back in 6 months to service them again. He is an excellent serviceman! Thank you Next Level for taking such good care of us!

The Next Level crew has installed a natural gas line (for a fireplace) and a multi-head Trane/Mitsubishi mini-split system in a basement we are finishing. These guys are top-notch. I appreciate the time spent finding a solution that fits the space (including the use of units in between the joists). I also appreciate their friendliness, attention to detail, and the courtesy they show by ringing the doorbell to let us know when they're here to work.
