I am a fairly new Merle Norman cosmetic user and I must say - there is no going back for me! I shop at Merle Norman in Albemarle because the girls that run that store are so very helpful and can always help me find the right products to best suit my sensitive skin. I have come to personally know the store's owner and she is beyond amazing in every way. She has all the business, compassion, concern, and knowledge that it takes to provide an exceptional customer service experience for her clients that come in and those that are unable to make it inside the store. The owner took lots of time trying to search other stores for a color that I always used, but had been discontinued. She was very patient and tried to find another color palette that looked similar for a replacement color. She did find one of the discontinued colors and brought it in for me free of charge. She was so very patient while customers searched through colors and she offered tips along the way. :) I had a great experience shopping there and will go back to get all my Merle Norman make--up needs.

This Merle Norman is the BEST! I once owned a Merle Norman Studio and I know what it takes to have good customer relationship. This place goes beyond the call of duty. Once after my husband passed away, I had done some legal work in the morning and afterwards cried. I had another appointment in the afternoon and I needed to repair my makeup. Since I live in Oakboro, I did not want to drive home. I went in your studio and the lady working there was so nice to touch up my makeup. I will never forget this deed of kindness:)
