I called and Mr. Hartsell was here WITHIN 15 minutes. My son broke a house key off in the deadbolt. Mr. Hartsell got the remains out in about 5 minutes then assessed the lock, found some issues with the installation and remedied the issue. It was only $75, and that's it. It took him about 30 minutes to do everything.
I needed the assistance fast, and got it fast.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Had my correct blank key cut and programmed to start my car; as I had already programmed the keyless entry portion of the blank key myself. Spent about half the price compared to having to go through our local car dealership. In and out in less than 20, even with another customer ahead of us.
He came out to unlock the door for my niece who locked her keys in the car They managed to get the door open before he got there and he said no charge but we paid him $25 for coming out. Nice guy!
