This place was FAST. They were able to perform the test without dilation and that was a big factor for me. They were a very colloquial team and I left there with all of my problems solved

Would be nice if they could stay on time with patient appts. I understand that some patients may take longer than others, and there is a few tests that they do before you see the doctor, but if your appt is at 8:00 and you are asked to be there 15 minutes before your appointment, then you should be taken back at 8:00 and then once the pre-tests are done you should be seeing the doctor. The patients time is just as valuable as anyone else that comes or works in any medical/eye office.

I went in with my Dad who had an appointment that day. While I was there I figured I could talk to them about getting me a pair of glasses since I had broke my previous pair months ago. I talked to them about getting an appointment set up for myself and surprisingly they had a cancellation so they got me in that day, not 30 minutes after I arrived. That's great service in my opinion and the staff were absolutely professional and nice, as was the doctor. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, and I look forward to going back in a few weeks to pick up my glasses. (will update my review once I receive them)
