I had a heating emergency and Jeff came out within about an hour after he wrapped up another after hours call. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and didn’t mind me watching while he diagnosed the problem. He talked me through everything he did, why he was doing it and what the possible issue was. Initially he thought maybe the motor on my furnace had died out but after deeper diagnostics he found something stuck in it. Removed it and did his job to get the motor spinning. I am so so appreciative of his thoroughness and HONESTY!! Even went the extra mile and told me to make sure I had working co2 monitors , which honestly needed the batteries changed. The whole experience was great from their customer service to the repairman Roger Cruz He fixed both units in a timely fashion explaining in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done as well the cost Mr Cruz was very knowledgeable and personable
Josh did a great job during our scheduled maintenance. Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through what he saw, made sure everything was working perfectly and left the unit looking like new.
