“I’ve always owned Toyota’s but recently got a 2002 F250 that had several issues. My problem was i didn’t know or have any experience with any diesel mechanics and my first experience was a night mare at another local shop for an oil cooler replacement. After a few weeks I stumbled across Diesel Performance about an hour from me. I read there reviews and a few were negative but I decided to call and at least talk to them. I spoke with Michael on the phone and told him my problems and was pleased with his knowledge and willingness to help. I carried my truck down there and he came out and looked over it and I left it. He was upfront about being a couple weeks out and the rough estimate of the repairs. About 2 weeks later he called and the truck was finished and I went to pick it up he came out and explained what he did. I’d honestly have to say from my experience this shop was honest and upfront about everything. The estimate was so close to the bill I couldn’t even had went to McDonald’s and bought a Happy Meal with the difference. I’ve put almost 1,500 miles on the truck and she’s running like a champ. At the end of the day I now have an honest and reliable diesel shop that I’ll carry and recommend for future use.
