I am very happy with Rock Solid. There have obviously been positive changes since the bad reviews two years ago. I called for siding and windows. Landon came out three times to iron out all the details. I am very particular and he took the time to make me happy. Jerry managed the job and Kenny managed the crew. I had no difficulty reaching any of them. They addressed my few concerns promptly and efficiently. They were on site working every day despite having to travel outside their normal service area. They made sure I got everything I wanted and I'm sure I was not the easiest client. The results are beautiful. Thanks guys!

I started using this dry cleaners about 3 years ago once I moved to Albemarle, NC.
I purchased my first "serious" truck later in life and then really wanted to protect my investment and it's appeal.
Just 1 year ago Chris applied an obvious (this is a year of exterior only and all weather 24/7) to me now for certain..TOP quality product ..with TOP quality customer service.
I just got my 1 yr refresher this week and not only does it look good, but I am much more educated and skilled to take care of it to keep it shining. Sorry I can't take great photos but I am loving my truck and it's shine.

You need to tell potential customers if you are "in" or "out" of network. Called the week prior and asked them if they accepted Delta Dental. The front desk person said that they accepted Delta Dental, but they should have told me that Draper was out of network. Went to my appointment and that is when I was informed about them being out of network and had to pay for my services upfront ($266) and wait for the provider to reimburse me. Communication is key! Train your front desk to ask more questions and not to assume that your clients know if you are in or out of network. We decided to stick with the scheduled appointment because my daughter needed to be seen. Other than the billing issue, the hygienist and the doctor were very nice and very professional.
At the Albemarle’s location. Dogwood Family Dentistry, came to Albemarle when our regular Dentist retired and has kept their wonderful same assistant’s and along with some new employees. I recommended giving them a visit for any dental work.
I had the best experience with Dr. Lemmons and his staff that I have ever had at a dentist office in my entire life. And let me tell you that I am old and have been to a dentist many times throughout my life. Each and everyone was professional, patient, compassionate and understanding. My procedure was explained thoroughly not only verbally but visually using my x-rays to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I left there I not only had I a new dentist but I was looking forward to my next appointment. This team is fantastic!
I've been going to 360 Hair for years. Debbie the owner does a beautiful job with my natural curly hair, places layers perfectly to keep the curls manageable and beautiful. I go back and get a partial highlight throughout the year to keep my blonde fresh. All the girls have done my eyebrows and do a fantabulous job! This is the only place that I will ever go to touch my goldilocks or my face!! ?????

Omg when people say that they dont like great clips because usually they mess with people's hair cuts and they do it wrong. Let me tell you that I have been here 3 times!!!! And out of all 3 times I have been here and gotten my haircut have been amazing. Vanessa always does great with my hair and I have such an amazing experience with her every time I go and I struggle with anxiety. She is just so great to talk to and laugh with. Superb! We had a busted pipe under our house. Second time this happened...contacted Hatley's & they sent someone out right away...they fixed the problem and didn't charge much at all!
We used Superior Plumbing, Albemarle NC for several of our plumbing repairs. We were skeptical about having strangers in our home, but a trusted cousin recommended this company. I'm so glad to have had them take care of our plumbing needs. We had a toilet that would hum, a bathtub faucet handle that was broken, a bathroom sink faucet with low water pressure, & a kitchen sink faucet leaking water. Ray, the father coordinated our service, & his son, Daniel came to our home to make the repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, competent, courteous, humble & friendly. All of our concerns were addressed & work completed in no time! They are the ONLY COMPANY for us! 5 STARS ALL DAY! Call em!
My wife and I have used Alan’s cleaning service twice now and we CANNOT recommend him enough. Not only is he very kind and just a good person, he is very professional and does his job perfectly. Both occasions, Alan was very punctual and brings a warmth into our home.
Mark at Dunrite gave me exceptional customer service. The polyfill in my comforter "bunched up" which can sometimes be a problem. When I told them about it, Mark corrected it in a timely and professional manner. My comforter looks great and I'm a happy and satisfied customer. I would recommend Dunrite for all your dry cleaning needs.

Joshua and his crew had a monster tree to take down this week in my backyard. They did an amazing job making sure that the cleanup was a success. You guys did a great job with keeping the piles tidy. What could have been a disaster tree and taken down some old limbs from from some other pines. Bravo!

The best dentist in the world..I had my tooth pulled with no pain ..first time ever..Dr Laws and Regan her assistant are wonderful..Dr Laws is very knowledgeable and does a awesome job. they both took there time and answered all my questions.if you need a dentist go to Carolina Dentistry..And staff is Awesome and kind and wonderful

Dr Jordan is exceptional. She is hands down our new vet for all 3 of our furry babies! Shes honest, up front, reasonable cost, super friendly & goes above and beyond!!! Can’t thank her enough!!!
This was our first time visiting the center and we were very pleased with the caring and knowledge of the vet and her assistant. The only issue we had was the delay due to the internet service.

I haven't heard anything bad about this place or its services. Abby is an awesome person to work with, as I have witnessed her doing multiple sets of nails, over multiple visits. I haven't received any services from this place myself as of yet. However I have taken a group of ladies on a few occasions.
