I called Comfort Services after being ghosted by my 4-YO installer. They responded immediately with an afternoon appointment. In fact the gentleman was waiting in my driveway as I arrived home 10 minutes early.
Wholeheartedly recommend my particular representative.
My one complaint is the price of the call. $95 for the assessment I understand; yet $150 to drain a pump and vacuum some water is excessive. ($250 total). Absolutely no complaint about paying the fee as I did agree. However, I would think $75 for a half hour of labor is more reasonable.

My parents have used Comfort Services for years for routine service of their HVAC system, so when I moved to the same area, I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did because the person who came out (Chris) was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, honest and incredibly thorough. Since we just moved here, we followed Chris around to learn about the system. Chris didn’t try to upsell us anything, just pointed out the good and bad and left all the decisions up to us as to what we wanted to do. We ended up purchasing a service plan for them to come out every six months as we see it as a good investment to our equipment.
