Shane Robertson and CCM Enterprises were recommended to us for repair of our tow vehicle as we were trailering through New Brunswick, Canada. Our 7 pin connector was allowing our tail, brake and turn signal lights to operate, but our trailer brakes were not engaging. With even more rugged roads planned ahead, it was unsafe for us to continue. Shane diagnosed our problem correctly and we had to return to CCM after about a week for the parts to be delivered. Only then did we find out that the supplier sent the INCORRECT parts. Shane, being a consumate expert mechanic, wired our brakes directly to our battery, making it safe for us continue our travels.
