A friend from BC ordered flowers from Fleuriste Leonard in New Brunswick by mistake and was surprised to see how far they would go to help her out. My BC friend wanted to have a bouquet sent to a family member and called Tracadie instead of British Columbia. I know quite the mistake. 😊. What the owner did was she went out of her way to contact my friend and arranged to have flowers delivered by contacting a BC flower shop. And making sure that all was correct she double checked with my friend to make sure the delivery was done to her satisfaction. NOW that is what I call taking care of your clients.
