My BC friend wanted to have a bouquet sent to a family member and called Tracadie instead of British Columbia. I know quite the mistake. ?. What the owner did was she went out of her way to contact my friend and arranged to have flowers delivered by contacting a BC flower shop. And making sure that all was correct she double checked with my friend to make sure the delivery was done to her satisfaction. NOW that is what I call taking care of your clients.
