Rude and condescending staff, I felt more like a hindrance than a client, I was made to feel stupid about my concern I had and also my questions... im not a tax agent, that is why I filed through H&R block for over a decade and this experience at this location will not suffice, I may look for an alternative for next season. I had to give a 1 star in order to leave a review.... only reason it got a star. Very disappointing.
I have been doing my taxes for 20+ years, and a number of those times were with other H&R locations. Every other time I've done my taxes, the accountant would sit with me to ask questions, so I could get the best return. Being new to the province I would have appreciated information about the new brunswick tax process or information on how to better prepare for next year's taxes. No such information was given, and I was hesitant to ask for such help do to the intimidating desk attendent who seemed agitated from the second I walked in to drop off papers.
