Just gotta say thank you for your honesty. I went to my shop for a noise issue and they told me I'd need a new muffler. They were going to charge me $500 w labor but had to wait a few weeks as there were none in stock anywhere. I called napa in Hampton and he told me to give a-1 a call because they didn't have mufflers either. Brought my car into a-1 and he told me while he'd love to take my money, the muffler has no problems at all! So he saved me $300 and I also got a free coffee from a nice older gentleman who also was in for some work :)Thanks again for your honesty and great service!
