After a very long year of nothing but issues with our power washing skid purchased brand new from factory, we finally reached the Red Deer, AB location. Due to ongoing mechanical issues that lead to very real safety concerns from our equipment overheating by almost 100 degrees over what the machine is rated for not once or twice but 4 times in less than a year, I finally had enough and sent an e-mail to head office detailing our issues and concerns after Edmonton and Grande Prairie failed to fix the problem. I surprisingly but thankfully received an e-mail and a call from Erika in Red Deer to discuss our issues and let me know that they would help us get to the bottom of our issue. After bringing the skid to Edmonton twice and Grande Prairie once (that time the skid only worked for 36 minutes after being repaired) we made the trip down to Red Deer. From the moment we walked through the doors in Red Deer we were greeted by Erika and Jessie who made us feel valued and heard, both Jessie and Erika kept in constant contact with us while the skid was there. The attention to detail and care Jessie took with our equipment was second to none and I can happily say we are now on day 3 with no issues. The Skid not only sounds better but functions better than the first day we used it. Jessie took the time to let us know and go through everything that was wrong with our equipment including but not limited to inadequate insulation in the burner and wrong fittings from factory. We went into the Red Deer location ready to leave the equipment there if they couldn't find the issue and I can happily say that thanks to Erika and Jessie (Who both deserve a raise and bonus for their dedication I may add) our confidence in Easy Kleen has been restored. If you live in Alberta skip both the Edmonton and Grande Prairie location and go right to Red Deer, you will not regret your choice.
