. No matter what my situation is they take care of it. Been taking my income tax there for years. Threw sickness..threw working multiple jobs..and any questions they are always helpful.

Told me i could get cash back , than told me i couldnt. Then i Waited 3 weeks for E-file . I Called to check in on my return ... They forgot to file my taxes. ( Now i have to wait 2 weeks more.They offered me a free tax return next year ; which was a nice gesture , although i have been a long time customer of hnr block . I most likely will not be returning for my next tax year .
