Told me i could get cash back , than told me i couldnt. Then i Waited 3 weeks for E-file . I Called to check in on my return ... They forgot to file my taxes. ( Now i have to wait 2 weeks more.They offered me a free tax return next year ; which was a nice gesture , although i have been a long time customer of hnr block . I most likely will not be returning for my next tax year .
This location completed my taxes with no issues for the last 2 years. Went into asking for the same service that was provided last year, nothing differs in what I have claimed since the beginning (T4s, RRSP, etc). I was instructed they could not provide the service. I asked if they wanted to do the taxes or if I should take them the said they did not want to do the work. My suggestion to any potential customers, they do not need your business so find a location that does. The service will be better. That was absolutely atrocious customer service, with no warranted grounds.
