Told me i could get cash back , than told me i couldnt. Then i Waited 3 weeks for E-file . I Called to check in on my return ... They forgot to file my taxes. ( Now i have to wait 2 weeks more. They offered me a free tax return next year ; which was a nice gesture , although i have been a long time customer of hnr block . I most likely will not be returning for my next tax year .
