Since apparently I can’t reply back, it should be noted I have 100% been to the establishment numerous times. The pedicures are fairly good, I have gotten them many times. My issue isn’t with your services but your business model and management style. Trying to rip off a bride and her wedding party for their wedding is not okay!!Though our bride may have been happy with how her hair and make up looked, I can assure you she was not happy with the forever increase in pricing every time she spoke to you. Kim is really friendly, her spa is very relaxing & she did a fabulous job on my nails. I contacted her last minute to do my nails for my wedding & she was able to fit me in, she also fit my daughter in very last minute also. I don’t do my nails often, but next time I have a special occasion I will be going back. I highly recommend Glow Day Spa for your next nail needs! ☺️
