I can't say enough about how happy I am with my visit yesterday with Dr McAllister and her lively assistant. First off I got there and hour late from Maine, I did not calculate the time difference correctly. My cat, Pumpkin was still seen. She is very sick with feline infectious peritonitis. It is usually fatal I'd been to the emergency vet a few days earlier where she was diagnosed. The meds that can possibly help her are harder to get than I imagined. There was no time wasted by the staff at docs on the bay in helping to get the medicine ordered and making sure Pumpkin had what she needed. Thank you very much.
Docs of the Bay has been amazing with our cat, Lucy. From the moment we walked in, the staff showed real care, patience, and compassion. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Lucy was comfortable throughout her visit. You can tell they truly love animals and take pride in what they do. We’re grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who treats your pet like family.
My senior gal was suffering from allergies whilst here on vacation. Called to make an appointment for a shot and they accommodated us immediately! Everyone was wonderful to us, from the person who answered the phone, vet techs and of course the vet! Thank you so much for providing my girl the much needed relief to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. Thanks again!
