They were very understanding and helpful when we recently had to put our dog down. It's always difficult and heartbreaking but they helped make it as stress free as something like that can be.
I have had nothing but the best experiences at Docs on the Bay! The Staff and Doctors are incredible. They are extremely patient and kind. Their compassion they all show is amazing and I couldn't imagine taking my animals to any other Clinic ❤️ Thank you all!
Dr. Matheson and staff were very efficient, helpful explained everything in layman's terms, and very animal loving ❤. Even though I'm sure it cab be very difficult at times..TY
