I’m very disappointed with the experience my 16-year-old son had during a recent haircut at All the Wave. The stylist, Sylvia, made several inappropriate and suggestive comments to him while he was in the chair, including saying his voice was “cute or hot” and joking that she might have to “become a cougar.”
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from a professional adult speaking to a minor. My son felt uncomfortable and unsure how to respond. No teenager should be put in that position while simply getting a haircut.

By far the worst haircut experience I have ever had. Went for a haircut here on my 40th bday and have never been so disappointed. The most disorganized and least skilled hairdresser I have ever seen. It was overwhelming to say the least.
