Have never had a bad experience at Ralph's Auto Repair. I have been going to Ralph's about 30 yrs now. Chris is so friendly & very knowledgeable about cars himself & makes the experience dealing at Ralph's more enjoyable. The person up front greeting you is one of the keys to success. Impressions are ever lasting. You have great mechanics which is very important. This is why I give Ralph's a high rating.
