I would not recommend using this company at all. They put in our septic system in 2016 on a brand new home and after 3 years we start noticing a little bit of flushing issues, so we have our septic cleaned. The following year it seems a little bit worse so we call the septic place and they advise us to have it cleaned again. So we do just that, now fast forward another year later and we start seeing some water pooling on our lawn. We then try to contact Friars and they say they only cover their work for one year. They continue to tell me that it could be a number of issues like us putting tampons down the toilet etc. Now anyone with half a brain knows you don't flush...read full review
