These guys do fantastic work! Tim is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he really knows his stuff. His easy-going attitude and his ability to navigate through just about any unforeseen circumstances puts him head & shoulders above the rest. This is such a valued trait, especially for his customers who aren't as blessed with the ability to "roll with the punches"!!

A car breakdown at 2am, three hours from home after driving non-stop for 15 hours SUCKS. Then limping car to two towns and nobody has the capacity, or the balls to work on a BMW.
However after calling more than 10 shops, Ethan Shaw of Grants Service Centre stepped up!! And boy did he step up. Not only did his team fix the coolant leak, he found me a great Inn to stay in, drove me back and forth to Pathsaala Inn, gave directions and recommendations for restaurants and got the part to fix faster than my 20+ year connections in BMW Community.
I get it. New Brunswickers are not big on BMWs. And when you don't know something, it's easier to shy away from it. But Ethan took it on and far surpassed my expectations. Rates are really reasonable, probably too low, but don't tell him.
Will I now drive three hours to Ethan's shop just for an oil change? Um, probably not, but maybe I'll coordinate my travel plans so that I will get the car serviced/fixed there.
