It was a fantastic class. Sonya is a great coach demonstrating the moves and alternate scale downs.
Learning TT format is on me and I will start to use 15 minutes of open gym time to stretch out and do my own warm up. The atmosphere is great and everyone is friendly. Will definitely be in for more workouts and look forward to meeting the other coaches. 😃
I didn’t start my CrossFit journey at True Reflection Training, but this is where it started to feel right. The coaches are incredibly supportive, they take the time to explain the techniques and really help you build confidence in what you’re doing. That kind of guidance makes all the difference.
There’s a great vibe here, everyone’s pushing themselves, but it never feels intimidating. It’s motivating, encouraging, and actually fun. Each class feels like a step forward, and I’ve genuinely started enjoying the process again.
So grateful to be part of this space.
Excellent!! I absolutely love that Sophie takes the time to demonstrate each workout before starting. Also she always corrects any posture/ technique that may need improving which helps me a lot in the long run.
