Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a mini split heat pump.
Louis and his team are top notch. Right from the start Louis gave me all the information and advice on what was the best fit for my space , installation was timely and completed professionally.

We have been using Reliable Energy for the last few years for repairs on our aging mini-splits the service has always been excellent and consistent!
Recently we had to have one of our mini-splits replaced and we are very happy with the service! What stood out most was there was no pressure to buy the options were provided with time to think about it. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, and worked with precision to ensure everything was set up perfectly.They even gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the remote and maintain the system for longevity.

The great people at Reliable Energy have helped me both with repairs of an existing heat pump and with the purchase and installation of a new one. Every time I've dealt with them, no matter who I was talking to, it's been amazing - they're quick to respond, incredibly helpful with questions and information about their services, and their work is both fantastic and affordable.I was waiting to post this review until it'd been cold enough to test the new heat pump, which thanks to this lovely winter has only happened now.
