I went here yesterday to get a hamster, I didn't ask for anyone's names and I should've but anyways the man who helped me was very very nice and I hope I see him there again, however my cashier (a very small skinny man with curly brown hair) talked about me like I wasn't even there to another customer while I was waiting to pay, the customers had asked what was in the little box and he told them it was a robo hamster and the people who were buying it were stupid and didn't know what they were getting themselves into because these hamsters weren't good pets, little did he know that I did months of research before getting a hamster and I am aware of what these little guys...read full review

I purchased dog treats and shampoo. The staff guided to me to the location for each product. They were efficient and ready to help. The check out process was easy and the wait times were low. The clearance items were by the check out with the dog treats. I enjoyed how each aisle was labeled with specific items to make shopping quick and easy.

Great selection of pet foods & supplies. Online auto delivery sucked. I ordered food and after saying it was ready to ship it would cancel the order due to being out of stock. I tried for six months. I had to go to the store to pick it up and the food was always in stock.
