This was my first time going to Nakai and I absolutely loved it!!!!! To be able to book an appointment the same week is really nice. The staff were very friendly and polite when I got in. I booked with Nathalie and she’s the best!!! She’s nice, has technical skills, drive and ambition, a good listener, passionate about her job and understands the needs of her clients. Highly recommend booking here!! Great experience overall 11/10!!!!! Amazing customer service!

What an amazing experience from beginning to end! Warm greeting and great atmosphere. Thalia is a beautiful soul and was amazing and quite literally copy and pasted my inspiration photo onto my head. She made me feel great, and knows what she’s doing. Thank you Thalia!

I would like to praise Kalyn for my recent facial. I do not relax very easy and from the moment of introduction I was immediately immursed in my soundings. She was very friendly and had calming presence .The ambiance of the room, soothing music, the incredible service, I would 100% recommend Kalyn and Nakai. I will absolutely be back.
