Today, while traveling from Dartmouth to Saint John, we experienced a heating issue with our vehicle. We stopped at Kia Moncton and met Mike, the Service Manager. He was extremely helpful, quickly diagnosed the problem, understood the urgency of our situation, and resolved the issue promptly.

I had an excellent experience with Leon at Kia Moncton, New Brunswick. He is truly honest, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. Even though I did not end up buying a car from Kia, Leon was always professional, helpful, and welcoming every time I visited. His attitude and customer service are outstanding. Highly recommended!

Big HIT for MIKE at Moncton Kia!! I recently started having a minor issue with my car, after another mechanic could not find the issue. I decided to stop in at Moncton Kia, hoping I could get a quick look from someone, or perhaps it may have been a common issue they know of. I stopped in and asked a lady at the service counter if they weren’t busy and if anyone was available to help me.
