I've been here now for 6 months and everything I said in my first review is just better I can't say enough about this but Care home the staff are just awesome and the cooks are the best I've ever been to a place of living the food is just great so much taste to what we eat each day the food is excellent the management is awesome the staff awesome it's all around a very beautiful place to live in I really appreciate all the people here management staff and residents it's not perfect nothing is but it's pretty close I'm talking from my heart ❤️ and my heart ❤️ doesn't lie I would suggest for anyone come and give it a try here you won't be disappointed that's all...read full review
I've just moved here two weeks ago and wow ?? I love it very much I've been to many Care home and I've found my home here two workers are very nice management is excellent the residents are very nice it's kept very clean the bedroom are nice and WOW the food I can't say enough is excellent they have great Cooks and great Baker's I'll update in a few months so far so good ??
Refreshing Approach in 2023. As 2022 ended, the Manoir Notre Dame completed a provincial audit report. My Mom had been there during the previous year and had experienced some things that made her and my sister and I concerned. However, 2023 has seen changes in management, some new staff, several new ideas including working on menu adjustments to add a variety of foods/dishes. The daily routine for Mom has stabilized to where she knows who will be supporting her with room cleaning, with laundry, with bathing, with medications. The staff continue to impress her with their care and support and their pleasant interaction with her. Having taken Mom around town to find a place that was supportive yet affordable, I can say the space is great and the people at Manoir Notre Dame are working hard to improve across several areas including refreshing the building, improving the menu, adding activities, and supporting staff and families. Communication is also much improved under the new management. The new team at Manoir Notre Dame creates an environment where Mom feels safe and supported... she feels listened to... she feels at home. That for me is the real testament to just how well they are now providing services!
