I’ve been using Impact for the past 5+years. They are great! Wonderful service, efficient treatment for bugs, and they stand behind their work. I hate bugs and they allow me to enjoy the outdoors without the insects - I’m grateful for that.

Easy to get in touch with this business and they were very quick to respond and address the issues I had with wasps. John was great and was able to provide advice on a couple of other pest concerns I had, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Woke up this morning to noises in the basement (it was a bird that got down the chimney and got stuck in the pipe). Impact answered right away, and got someone out to us within several hours. Problem was solved, bird was freed - thank you John!Service: General wildlife removal
