My parents were flying in from Ontario and needed to make arrangements. Andrew was so kind and compassionate. He even gave them a lift to their hotel after their meeting. Andrew, Thank You so much for showing my family kindness, care, compassion and support. We are all very thankful for everything you are currently doing for us and for the team there. It's a very sad SAD week for us and especially my father. I appreciate all you have done and are doing.“
