The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because the interest rates are huuuuge (30% and +) BUT if you are in a difficult situation and unable to get a loan at the bank, they are there to help. Amazing customer service, never had an issue. ?
I got a loan from fairstone, and I could not have asked for anyone better than Stephanie Niles to help me with that! Even though I was busy, and didn't have the chance to answer all her calls, Stephanie was patient, and let me contact her whenever I had the time to. Super friendly, I could tell she truly cares about her clients. She does what she can to help! Made this experience super comfortable for me and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get a loan.
I had a difficult situation tried through a few different loan services, it was very frustrating and constantly felt like I was being judged and picked apart had to jump through so many hoops, Matthew Simkins and the staff were amazing to deal with, you could tell he wanted to help and he did, everyone was great to deal with and couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got. I actually felt like I was treated like a person instead of an application. THANK-YOU
