Awhile back, we were shopping for a particular Armstrong Flooring product. The product suddenly became hard to find, because the company had just gone into bankruptcy protection. I reached out to George and he said he'd look into to seeing if he could get us some. They ended-up buying several lots of Armstrong products, including the one we were after.George let me know when the product came in, and I told him I'd be up on Saturday to pick-up. I live an hour away, and when I arrived - the flooring was stuck at their off-site warehouse, due to a delivery truck breakdown. So did I make the trip to the city for nothing? NO, not at all.
