Fabulous Flooring is appropriately named!!! Fabulous customer service and great prices. Just had a crew over to install flooring and they were quick and very professional. Shout out to Gary who always give excellent service.
Went in today. Was greeted upon entering, asked if they could help us, directed us in the area we needed, greeted again by another associate, helped us with what we needed, chatted about our baby, went to finalize our purchase, associate showed us another floor that was a LOWER PRICE just because he wanted to make sure we knew our options. Spouse went back to finalize purchase when I went back to look at another piece of flooring (thinking about another room) when I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by another associate. Went back to the counter, chatted about our baby again and every associate that came near was advised about our baby . By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve gotten ANYWHERE. I will be back soon to purchase from this store again. Thank you randy, and other associates who I did not get the name of!
