We want to compliment Bob,s Heating for the excellent job their technical people did installing our new Heat Pump along with the new Thermostats and whole house surge protector. My wife and I are certainly enjoying the comfort provided by the new Heat Pump.

Interesting experience with this company. I am a return customer and, despite issues, would still call them first. I initially made two calls to the afterhours number, waited days, but never got a callback. I found a temporary workaround to my issue and was able to make an appoint a week out. They didn't show up for the appt, and after more than an hour of trying to reach them by phone (don't seem to answer phones during the lunch hour), finally got to talk to someone. They did make it that day, and the tech (Darren) was fantastic. Bob’s Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a friend that had hired them, and I’m very happy I took his advice! A brand new energy efficient heating and cooling system was installed in just one day! Several employees showed up each with their own jobs to do including taking out the old wood/oil furnace and old oil tank, new duct work to replace the old in the basement and new thermostat. Everything was finished and cleaned up very quickly and is now running quietly and effectively! I definitely would recommend this company highly! Thanks guys!?
