I bought a pre-built pc and it was having connection issues (assuming it was a hardware issue) I brought it back hoping for a return or exchange. They very kindly exchanged it for a different pc and it has been working wonders. No issues with it!! Ask for Remi, very knowledgeable and friendly employee!! Thank you guys!!
Each experience has been great and sets a standard that should be copied around the city. First time was to buy a computer, had friendly staff approach me after they had a moment from helping customers. Knowledgeable on the system and cared about my needs, uses and budget. Second time in, the staff member basically helped me around the store with various things I needed help with trying to find, but it was laid out easily anyway if they weren't available, it was just nice to have some help to make it a better more efficient use of time. I had a good experience. Went in there not knowing what to buy my son for his birthday and came out with gifts that I'm confident he will love. Also every one was very kind and helpful.
