Great staff! Very friendly and they got me in quickly. I didn't like having to say my symptoms out loud in the very small waiting room/reception area. Some things are intimate and private. It made me very uncomfortable and I could tell from another patient that I inadvertently overheard that he was uncomfortable saying his as well. Maybe best to ask those questions when the patient is in the exam room and not the waiting area where there was 8 people waiting.
Travelling from out of province. I’m a RN with history diabetes. Needed to see a doc quickly for infected toe. Arrived at 9 am. Receptionist polite and professional got me in within 50 min. Doc provided antibiotic. Smooth as silk. Thank you
I drove there in person to make an appointment since I couldn’t get through on the phone. I expected to have to make an appointment and come back later that day; however, the receptionist said they could see me right away. She was friendly and chatty. I did not feel like she was rushing me. They also answered all the questions I had!
