The woman I spoke with regarding the loan itself was amazing but as soon as the payout cheque was giving me problems to cash, the other lady was beyond rude and unwilling to help or guide me to someone that could. Luckily I got a hold of someone in a higher authority to give me all the information I needed. I hope she knows what a piece of work she is.
Customer service is a joke, always had issues and then get passed around or told I'll get a call back and never do. My friend referred me and I never got the 100$ referral bonus, we called them over 10 times about it the past 4 months and always told they'll call us back, also told us something was submitted incorrectly but on their end but still making it look like it was their fault. After I refered my friend they took money out her bank a week early leaving her with insufficient fund fees from the bank which they admitted to their mistake but never paid the inf fees they caused. I do not recommend this place, all you'll get is a run around and no help.
